Dr.Firoz has assumed charge as the new Principal of our collegewith effect from 28 August 2025. With over 32 years of Leadership experience in higher education, teaching, research, and academic administration, Dr.Firoz brings a strong commitment to academic excellence, institutional development, and student-cantered learning.

Dr.Firoz is an Accomplished Edupreneur and visionary academic leader with over 32 years of distinguished service in education, training, and human resource management. With 22 years of experience as a Principal, he brings deep expertise in academic leadership, institutional development, and youth empowerment.

Born on 14th January 1969 in Chitradurga and a native of Dharwad, Karnataka, Dr.Firoz has served reputed institutions across Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, and Saudi Arabia, holding key positions such as Lecturer, Head of Department, Vice Principal, and Principal. He became a Principal at the young age of 31, leading a well-known CBSE school in Malappuram, Kerala.

Teaching runs in his blood, inspired by a strong family legacy in education. Through hands-on experience, he mastered child psychology, student development, and innovative teaching methodologies, and began counselling and training teachers and students even before formally completing his B.Ed.

An inspiring trainer and motivational speaker, Dr.Firoz has conducted hundreds of workshops, orientation programs, and counselling sessions for teachers, parents, and students across India and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has also served as an Advisor and Academic Director to several institutions, contributing to curriculum planning and quality enhancement.

Known for his philosophy of “simple living and high thinking,” he excels in delegation, supervision, monitoring, and evaluation, with a proven ability to achieve results through smart and efficient team management. He has successfully organized large-scale academic and social initiatives, including Sahodaya School Complex programs, science expos, and many mega events.

A gifted artist and sports enthusiast, Dr.Firoz won numerous awards at interschool, university, and state-level competitions, including the prestigious Mysore Dasara festival. He was a University Blue in Volleyball and actively participates in badminton, table tennis, cricket, and carom. He has also earned accolades for developing innovative scientific models and projects.

With a deep passion for shaping young minds, Dr.Firoz continues to serve as a mentor, counsellor, memory trainer, youth leader, and social worker, dedicated to building a strong and value-driven future for the youth of India.

As Principal, Dr.Firoz envisions fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and ethical leadership. He emphasizes holistic education that integrates academic rigor, skill development, research orientation, and social responsibility, preparing students to meet global challenges while upholding strong moral values.
